Are you wondering if you need some healthy meal plans?
Are you as bored as can be in the kitchen and feeling uninspired lately? Are you scrambling to get dinner made, and it’s turning out sub-par? Are your grocery bills astronomical because you’re shopping per meal?
Is your answer yes, yes, yes? Some free healthy meal plans are 100% for you!
A few months ago, I was the one sitting here answering yes to all of those questions. I would stumble down from work, frazzled because I hadn’t put one second of thought into what I was going to make for dinner. Between trying to come up with something good for dinner, the wrong groceries, and a toddler that seems to only know the word “up, up, up” between the hours of 4:30 and 5:30, dinner never turned out that well.
Something had to give and since negotiating with a toddler is like negotiating with the most irrational person alive, I knew it had to be my approach to dinner.
How the Healthy Meal Plans Came About
Jenny and I started to talk about this real-life struggle I was having (coupled with the struggle I was having with my breakouts – but that’s a story for another day). She was having a slightly different dinner time struggle, but we figured out the solution to both of our problems was the same: a weekly meal plan.
So here we are, sending you healthy meal plans every week, but they are only coming to you if you sign up for either of our email lists (which you can do below).
What You Get From the Meal Plan
The meal plan is intended for weeknight dinners. That means you get a menu for the week that includes five meals, grocery lists, suggested modifications to suit your needs, meal prep recommendations, and five recipes. Every Sunday, the latest meal plan will be released with my blog post recaps so you can tackle your groceries and prep before the week starts (or whenever convenient for you!).
If you’re here late but desperately want to see the earlier healthy meal plans, don’t worry. I will bundle up the ones you’ve missed and send them your way. All you need to do is subscribe above.
As always, if you have any questions for me, I’m here to answer them! Otherwise, I hope you enjoy it, and most importantly hope this helps take the guesswork out of your meal planning.

Love this idea, Samantha! I feel like I end up making the same dinners on repeat constantly, so it’s so fun to spice things up in the kitchen and try out new recipes. Looking forward to seeing what you come up with!
