
ore progress has been made in home office 2.0. We have a complete murphy bed situation along with the built-in that goes around it! Looking at this you'd never ever know that there was a murphy bed in behind here. Goal accomplished. We can all go home now. Joking, there's obviously so much more to do!

Shelves for the Built-In
The last step was finishing framing out the top of the built-in, adding the shaker moulding to the top cabinet, and of course adding the shelving to the open units. My husband and I had a great debate over how we should space out the shelves in the built-in. Ultimately he won, smartly suggesting there should be more space on the “side table” portion of the murphy bed. As you can see, we’ve also finished off filling, sanding and caulking.
